REGISTRATION - DAY CAMPS

In the morning, dress your camper in:

• Comfortable sports clothes for active play
• Sneakers or closed-toe athletic shoes (no flip-flops or slides)
• Sunscreen applied before arriving

Please send your camper with:

• Packed lunch and healthy snacks (more on that below)
• Refillable water bottle (clearly labeled)
• Towel and change of clothes (on swim days)
• Hat and extra sunscreen (in a labeled Ziploc bag)

Please leave these items at home: cell phones, toys, electronics, trading cards, and anything valuable.

• Camp Hours: 09:00 – 15:00
• Drop-Off: 08:30 – 09:00
• Pick-Up: 15:00 - 15:30

Each location has a safe and simple check-in system. Stay in your car and follow the signs and instructions on site. Be sure to:

• Print and display your Carpool I.D Placard on your dashboard
• Add all authorized pick-up people during the registration process.

We are a nut-free camp to keep all campers safe.

• Pack lunch and snacks in a labeled lunchbox with reusable containers
• One snack break happens mid-morning; feel free to pack an extra if needed
• No refrigeration or microwaves available. Pack items that stay fresh at room temperature

Many Force 1 camps include recreational swim or water play time.

• All swim sessions are supervised by certified lifeguards and Force 1 staff
• Campers are grouped by age and ability levels
• For instructional swim, coaches track progress and encourage each camper’s growth and water confidence

Label everything. Seriously, it really helps!

• Labeled items will be returned as efficiently as possible.
• Unlabeled items are posted online once a week to be claimed. Reach out to us if you recognize a lost item!

• No food sharing allowed
• Allergy wristbands and supervision for any medical needs

Please complete your camper’s Health & Allergy Form before camp begins

If medication is needed, only authorized staff may assist with EpiPens or inhalers.:

1. Bring it in a labeled bag on the first day
2. Send us the Medication Authorization Form
3. Send us the Medication & Allergy Action Plan

Important notes on medication:

• EpiPens and inhalers stay with counselors at all times in fanny packs.
• Other medications stay with Safety Coordinator who supervises he administration.
• Only authorized staff may assist with EpiPens or inhalers.
